Shout out to the 797th Engineer Company from Guam & 871st Engineer Company from Hawaii! These military members are great partners and our students appreciate all of the hard work and support installing new swings at the GSES playground.
The USAG-KA Bike Rodeo at GSES was a huge success. Students in Grades K through 4 received classroom instruction from Sergeant Rodone and then practice on a course supervised by school and emergency personnel. Bikes were also looked over by the Chapel staff to make sure they were in good working order.
Thank you to the USAG-KA PMO, Chapel and Homeschooled families for another successful Bike Rodeo.
Second grade gets a morning workout and practices their math facts and spelling words while jumping rope! They’re so inspired by jump roping that they might perform in the GSES talent show!
KJSHS students spend the day on Ebeye in the Ebeye Public Schools to learn what their classes are like, how their day runs and experience a few hours of the culture and climate of their schools and island life.
Check out this YouTube Video of the day's activities: https://youtu.be/tPJlHvaGJCM
KJSHS students pose before going on a scuba dive during the Community Service Hour celebration. Congratulations to all students who provided service to our community.
Thank you to our helpful elementary students for picking up trash that has blown onto the school playground. These two children volunteered their morning recess time to clean up!
